Our Solutions answer key questions
Are we doing enough? Have we done too much? Is too much compliance making us uncompetitive? Are we being too conservative in managing these issues? Are we doing what is expected of us? Are we consistent with our peers?
All great questions, and our solutions are designed to give you an independent answer to those questions.
Since our inception, ETHIC Intelligence has been at the forefront of reviewing, validating and certifying governance & compliance systems.
ESG is here to stay and Governance & Compliance adds significant value to any business. Answering the above questions gives you the focus to improve your programs and contribute to your ESG ratings.
We believe that if done properly, the 'G' in 'ESG' is a huge value driver to a business and our job is to help companies know whether it is, in fact, done properly. The key is to know what to focus on and sometimes that requires an external and independent assessment.
We focus on:
- driving great governance through strong and valuable governance systems
- making your anti-bribery management systems to be a true competitive advantage
- helping you audit and manage third parties to reduce organisational risk
- getting a great whistleblower program in place that adds value to your business
Not anyone can do our work. It takes years and years of establishing skillsets, credibility and accreditations.
We are an accredited certification agency to certify certain management systems according to the International Standards Organisation (ISO*). In 2019, after a thorough process, we were accredited by both ANAB** and COFRAC *** for the certification of the ISO 37001:2016 standard on Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS).
Great governance & compliance is a fantastic driver of business growth. Our job is to make sure companies do governance & compliance properly and that it adds value to their business.
